Sandip Shah is the founder and President of Market Access Solutions.

An experienced and recognized pricing strategist with multiple publications, he is focused on providing global strategic guidance in pricing and market access at all phases of pharmaceutical and medical / surgical product development through to customer segment contracting.

Over the last seven years, Sandip has led a global pricing, market access, and HEOR consulting practice managing over 100+ projects in a multitude of therapeutic areas. From 1994 to 2004, Sandip was with the Johnson and Johnson family of companies, where he developed optimal pricing and reimbursement strategies for numerous products (pharmaceuticals and medical/surgical devices) and worked with local operating companies globally to implement price recommendations. Sandip also spent two years in Europe supporting and negotiating a new product pricing strategy.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Sandip was in charge of inline product pricing and contracting at Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, where he created the first ever pricing and risk contracting strategy.

Sandip has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including sales and inline marketing. He has also managed sales and marketing services departments including compensation and forecasting. He holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua school of business and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.

Siva Narayanan is the Executive Vice President of Market Access Solutions.

Siva is a strategist and leader with two decades of experience in developing and communicating clinical, economic and humanistic value propositions through evidence and market access strategies, research excellence, and brand strategy support. He is a proven leader and team builder.

He has built a strong career in HEOR and Market Access within Pharmaceutical industry through leadership roles at Human Genome Sciences /GSK, BMS, Merck & Co. and Boehringer-Ingelheim, covering several therapeutic areas and markets. Within healthcare provider sector, Siva has in-depth experience in Long Term Care (LTC) segment, through his tenure at Beverly Enterprises covering the clinical and strategic evaluations across a spectrum of LTC services. In the consulting arena, Siva held a position of Senior Vice President leading Global Treatment Performance Optimization / HEOR Business Unit at TNS (now, part of Kantar), helping clients generate evidence to support their product value propositions. Most recently, prior to joining MKTXS, Siva was with Ipsos Healthcare, a premier Market Research organization, where he established and grew a new global division (Global Evidence, Value and Access) to help clients build and articulate product value propositions for optimal access.

Siva has a strong publication track record and has presented at various scientific conferences. Siva has a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins University (USA) and a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from University of Strathclyde (UK).
